ਦੁਮਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਸਿਰ ਤੇ ਬੰਨੀ ਫਿਰਦਾ ਸੀ ਟੋਕਰਾ, ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਪਖੰਡੀ ਕਾਬੂ ..

ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ 350 ਸਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਪੁਰਬ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੇਖਣ ਗਈ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੇ ਪਟਨਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਖੰਡੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪਾਖੰਡੀ ਫਲੈਕਸ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਚਾਰ ਫੁੱਟ ਦਾ ਦੁਮਾਲਾ ਸਜਾਉਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ।

ਪੈਸੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮੰਤਵ ਕਾਲ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਇਸ ਪਾਖੰਡ ਦੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੇ ਪੁੱਛ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੁੱਛ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪੋਲ ਖੁੱਲ ਗਈ। 4 ਫੁੱਟ ਦੇ ਦੁਮਾਲੇ ਹੇਠੋਂ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ ਗੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਟੋਕਰਾ ਜਿਸਤੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਗੁਸਾਈ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਪਾਖੰਡੀ ਦੀ ਛਿੱਤਰਪ੍ਰੇਡ ਕੀਤੀ।

ਇਸ ਪਾਖੰਡੀ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਤੇ ਟੋਕਰੀ ਰੱਖੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਗੱਤੇ ਦੇ ਡੱਬੇ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਨਕਲੀ ਦੁਮਾਲਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਸੰਗਤ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਪਾਖੰਡੀ ਦੀ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਚੁਕਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਸ਼ੋਸਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਤੇ ਖੂਬ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। A fake Nihang was busted by Singhs at Guru Gobind Singh Sahib’s Gurpurab celebrations at Sri Patna Sahib. People were giving the man money for tying a 4 foot tall turban which is traditionally worn by Nihang Singhs and refered to as Dumalla Sahib.
The man had used a basket with cardboard box to make a fake turban template and wrapped some fabric around his basket. Inderpal Singh, a Nihang Singh approached the man as he suspected something didn’t appear to be normal.

He asked the man a few questions to which he miserably failed to answer. Inderpal knew this man was a fake and shortly thereafter several Nihang Singhs gathered and exposed the man. The man collected money from the sangat as they thought he was a spiritual person. However, the man turned out to be a fake and was exposed in front of the sangat.

The sad thing about the whole incident is that the dumalla shaped turban is a blessing from Baba Fateh Singh Ji and today people are using it for their own benefits.
